Licensed since 2008. 124+ five-star reviews. Now expanding into San Diego and military installations across Southern California. If you want to build a career in bail, this is the operation to be part of.

Why This Business Is Different

Chad Conley has been writing bail bonds in Southern California since the early 2000s. He built this business the hard way — one family at a time, answering calls at 2am, showing up when other bondsmen wouldn't. The reputation came from the work, not the marketing.

The business is expanding. San Diego County, Camp Pendleton, 29 Palms, Fort Irwin — military and border-area work is growing fast. That means more volume, more complex cases, and more opportunity for agents who want to learn the business the right way.

This isn't a call center. You'll work directly with Chad, learn how to evaluate risk, talk to families in crisis, and build your own book of business over time.

Aspiring Agents

Want to Get Into the Business?

Getting a California bail agent license requires completing a pre-licensing course, passing the state exam, and working under a licensed bail agent. Chad has brought people into the industry before. If you're serious, motivated, and good with people under pressure, reach out.

  • Learn the business from someone who built it from scratch
  • Real cases, real families, real stakes — not classroom simulations
  • Path to your own license and your own clients
  • Bilingual candidates (Spanish) strongly encouraged to apply

What Chad Looks For

Reliable

You answer your phone. You show up when you say you will. Families in crisis don't have time for flakiness.

Honest

You tell clients the truth even when it's not what they want to hear. That's what builds a reputation that lasts 20 years.

Calm Under Pressure

Bail is an emotional business. You'll talk to people at the worst moment of their lives. You need to be the steady one in the room.

Hungry to Learn

Every case is different. Military cases, PC 1275 holds, immigration complications, high-bail felonies — there's always more to know.

After the bond

The bond is just the start. Chad stays with you.

Price matters. But a lot of bail companies are salespeople sitting at a desk. They sell you the bond on the phone that night, and after that you get passed from department to department. With Chad, the same person who writes your bond is the one who picks up when something comes up.

Missed a court date?

Call Chad right away. We help you get back on the court calendar and get it fixed before it gets worse.

Bail raised, or charges added?

We explain what happened and handle the change to the bond.

A new case, or an old one just now filed?

Sometimes charges show up for something from before. We work through it with you.

Questions about your payments?

You talk to us, not a collections department.

A real example (name changed)

Fred missed his court date, and he still owed a balance. Chad helped him anyway. He stayed up late with him and put together the paperwork to ask the court to reinstate his bond. On the way to court, Fred's car broke down and got towed, with the paperwork inside. So Chad did it all over again, and Fred came by the office to pick up a new set.

You could roll the dice on whoever quotes the cheapest bond on the phone. Or you could have a bondsman who picks up when it really matters.
